Strategically located in one of the most popular points of Salvador, next to the Octavio Mangabeira Stadium, now renamed "Itaipava Arena Fonte Nova" ¬(Naming Rights). The complex that, includes Shopping, Concerts House and Olympic Pool, is accessed through important regional link roads, establishing synergies between the development and surroundings, enhancing the region's vocation as a leisure destination, shopping and entertainment, and especially the integration of Dique Tororo - local high visitation during the weekend - with the high part of the neighborhood and the central region.
The Arena Fonte Nova is located in the center, having on one side the Concerts House and the Olympic Pool and on the other, the Shopping. The multipurpose concept of the arena, making it the main venue for major events in Salvador, together with the surrounding high-density residential, composed of middle- and lower-middle class, defined the project solution presented, in which the Shopping, places itself in this concept of entertainment, leisure and shopping and a large food court, overlooking the Dique. Besides being located between two subway stations, it has five parking floors, totaling 1,652 spaces.
