Another project that consolidates our operations in the Middle East, with projects in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Morocco and Sudan. Mixed-use venture created to promote the occupation of an industrial area through a muxed-use capable of creating a significant resident population, as well as creating a destination site through the University and the Commerce and Services Center. The project includes a Colege for 2500 students, a Hotel with 246 units, and about 91 Stores in addition to 630 Residences with variations of 40m², 66.5m² and studios with 1 or 2 bedrooms of 41.6m².
