Project of the Michelin Complex, tire manufacturer, located in Campo Grande, Rio de Janeiro, consisting of 17 new buildings and involving all the areas required for the complex’s manufacturing, support, maintenance and administration activities, as production workshops, administration buildings, gates, restaurants and support areas such as security and training. The project involved a large multidisciplinar team and a cowork with Michelin’s own engineers, in order to customize their technical requirements with the architectural projects developed. The main concern was to reconcile a technical, operating, logistics and rational solution, typical for this kind of civil work, with qualify, spatial and environmental needs by employees in the complex.
