Do Alto is a rotisserie located there, in Alto da Lapa. Do Alto came to add a touch of practicality and flavor. And architecture came to convey this touch through this special little place.
The facade was all inviting, with open doors, and a staircase on the sidewalk ready for a coffee, croissant and chat, right there.
An environment created for customers to feel like they are on the shelves of their home pantry, to stimulate affective memories with familiar elements and food with a familiar flavor enriched by the entire rotisserie production team. They have everything delicious, fresh pasta, antipasti, cheeses and wines, different meats, portions, sweets and other things, as well as utensils such as ceramic pieces, which in addition to being for sale, make the rotisserie more charming. And it is these items, framed by the Lepri covered shelves, that must catch the greedy eye of everyone who enters there.
An architecture that promotes self-service with a central island allowing the view and service of all products, in addition to shelves and refrigerators full of all accessories. The central island, and the entire setting, enable a fluid and comfortable flow of customers and staff.
