Install a coffee shop and a small industrial kitchen in a property of 3 meters of front by 24 meters of depth by 6 meters of height. The solution adopted separated the kitchen from the service area. The kitchen was in the back of the building, while the service balcony with the exhibitors was placed along a sidewalk to get a view of the pedestrians. A metal stair leads to the 1st floor over the kitchen where the administration is, small deposit, employee locker room and men's toilet.
