Architectural identity development focusing on design and building quality, comfort and image to a new Hotel Chain seeking its position on the global trend in the hotel industry, under the concept of economic chain, bringing together practicality in a strategic location with easy access to cities corporate centers, and in some locations, to the airports and ports. The concept is to differentiate themselves regarding the standard of services in terms of agility, functionality, quick services and affordable prices. Its’ main target are executives and liberal professionals, on short business trips, seeking speed and efficient attendance.

With a goal to built 40 units, distributed in all Brazilian capitals, on sites that determined by the range of models/options suggested by the architecture, can vary from 2.000m² to 5.000m², according to local zoning laws. The units should have 100 to 120 apartments and the additional services, such as food, gym and other amenities will be offered by franchises established already in the market ensuring the premise of a standard service in all units. These services will be located in a small mall on the ground floor of the hotels. Guests will have car rental agencies and taxi points in the garages. The first floors are intended for corporate and convention rooms. On the roof, fitness clubs, bars and restaurants as well as nice panoramic terraces are being proposed.
