In an excellent location next to Ibirapuera Mall in São Paulo southern region, a feasibility study is developed in order to exploite the site potential to its maximum. Successfully, a high standard residential building emerges, with 55 units of 90m² and 150m², which overcomes the "environmental quote" in force in the region, taking advantages of green walls, the preservation of existing vegetation, the use of draining floors on permeable areas, solar power system, rain and grey water recycling.
