Located in Barueri, beside Castelo Branco highway in São Paulo city. A building with over 40 floors and 100 meters high, which due to its location, local topography, and its aesthetic, becomes a visual mark in the landscape. The proposal focuses on one building only, which incorporates a Hotel, a Corporate Building and a Convention Center, this one, occupying three floors in the building's base.
