Residential complex located in Abu Dhabi Bay with retail and services on the ground floor. The towers were placed on a single podium that connects the 5 different lots. Above the podium are covered and uncovered leisure areas. The design of the towers sought nautical references in its language and the volume aims to ensure that all areas of the different units have views of the sea. On the sides facing the city, large linear terraces were created, promoting depth in the volume and creating an urban texture for the buildings.
