Recently highlighted as an honorable mention in the category of “Public Building or Facility” at the Gold Trezzini Award 2022, the project’s structure reinforces the idea of a living organism, where the interaction between the cells provides not only life but constant renewal, expanding opportunities for the local community. By concentrating retail on the ground level, our conceptual design for Yas South brings solutions that seek to increase revenue potential and create a constant consumer experience activity among users day and night, providing a vibrant public environment with full flow of people.
