Conceptual Study for the implementation of 19 Real Estate Developments in areas belonging to the Concession of Lines 8 and 9 of CPTM – Companhia Paulista de Trens Metropolitanos.

The proposal is to enhance the generation of ancillary revenue from the concession. The study included the identification of available areas in the concession area, the definition of the vocation and the study of the implementation of residential and commercial real estate projects that totaled more than 238,000 m² of Leasable Area.
